As a company we adhere tightly to the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system demonstrating our ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
FAI Approach
We take the testing of any pre-production sample as an essential part of the process of approving an order or contract. First article inspection enables us to determine if the product meets acceptance requirements and quality control requirements as well as the customer specification.
Link-Up Approved
We have been Link-Up Approved since 2002. Link-up is the UK rail industry supplier qualification scheme, providing a single common registration, qualification and audit process for suppliers that is shared by the UK rail industry.
